When the membership of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. got converted into a Corporate Entity in late 90’s, SPS too became a corporate member of Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. & National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The leadership was then taken over by his young, dynamic son Shri Sandeep Pramod Shah.
